🤝 We’re hiring a Founding Software Engineer to join the core team
🚀 We are seeking an experienced engineer with
(1) Strong previous experience in Python, and/or
(2) Strong previous experience in JavaScript or TypeScript
(3) Strong interest in Gleam
âž•Â Bonus points if you like to get your hands dirty on the infra/ops side of things as well. No previous AI experience is required.

You will be working directly with the founding team building advanced agentic AI systems and LLMs that power the end-to-end Steerlab platform.
Using Gleam, Python, and JavaScript, you’ll work on building key parts of the stack, adding features, and shaping the future direction of the platform.
